Each county board in the Twin Cities metropolitan area selects members to the 18-member Metropolitan Mosquito Control Commission. Commissioners represent their respective counties in setting yearly budgets, developing policy and overseeing Metropolitan Mosquito Control District operations. Unless specified otherwise, all Full Commission and Executive Committee meetings start at 9:15AM and are held at the St. Paul office of MMCD. Members may participate in the meeting via interactive technology.
